La vivienda se ubica en el casco antiguo de Altea rodeada de tradición e historia. El interior de la vivienda transporta la tranquilidad del mar con el uso del azul turquesa. También se conserva el estilo tradicional de la vivienda, pero con un aire atemporal.

The madera y la cerámica son los protagonistas de esta vivienda aportando calidez y textura a los espacios. La madera, utilizada en vigas expuestas, muebles y detalles arquitectónicos, confiere un aire rústico y acogedor, mientras que la cerámica, presente en suelos, azulejos y decoraciones, añade un toque artesanal y auténtico.
