This house is located on the hill of Santa Ponsa with views of the sea.

The project idea was born with the objective of enjoying good views of the sea and of boost the relationship between the interiors and exteriors with large openings. To do this, we invest in the program of traditional distribution by placing the day zone on the first floor, providing it with an outdoor terrace to enjoy the unique views that has the solar. From this terrace you can access both roof top and as the garden.

The night zone it is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden with native vegetation and a swimming pool with waterfall.
