This house is located in son Vida, Palma de Mallorca.

The project is presented as a double challenge due to the steepness is important for the solar and the willingness of the owners to place the house in the highest part.

To do this, the main objective is to design a structure that fits harmoniously in the field.

In this way, the housing is divided into two bodies: the garage and the housing, united states for a tunnel 25 m long, which houses the indoor pool, and a vertical communication to the house at the end of it.

The house is structured four levels that is retranquean according to the slope of the land, thus creating a waterfall effect. In the first level is the social area of the gym, the Spa and the projection room. In the second level are located the day program and in the rest of the levels in the evening program.
