Casa Roland

This house is located in son Vida, Palma de Mallorca.

This is a plot with a steep slope that are saved with the construction of two volumes rectangular solid at different heights united states on the other central transparent that acts as a connector, visual and physical.

The project is designed to maximize the entry of natural light and offer panoramic views from all possible angles.

The location of the pool is strategically located as it acts as a retaining wall to save the unevenness of the plot, and in addition is designed in such a way that the side of the latter has a presence sculptural, covering the side with natural stone source mode vertical providing coolness in the warm summer days of summer mediterranean.
